Florence Marichal serves clients in the consumer products and industry sector, mainly for general management, sales and marketing positions. Florence has a particular expertise in Retail (mass retailers – specialty retailers and apparel) and also specializes in human resources searches. Based in Brussels, she serves U.S.- and European-based clients as well as Belgian and family-owned companies. Florence is member of the Consumer Products and Services Practice.

Previous Experience

Florence has 18 years of executive recruiting experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1999. Previously, she was with Compaq Computer Belgium as Human Resources Manager. Before that, she was an Outplacement Consultant with a Belgian firm.

Education

Florence received her M.S. in economics from the Université Catholique de Louvain and her postgraduate degree in management from CEPAC Institute at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
