Florence Ferraton

Florence Ferraton is a member of the Consumer Sector and leads the Consumer Products and Services Practice in Europe. Based in Paris, she focuses on senior-level assignments for consumer products and services clients, and has led numerous assignments for Marketing Officers in different sectors and senior executives of French and international companies in consumer, retail and media environments.

Previous Experience

Florence has more than 10 years of executive recruiting experience. She began her career in 1987 with the Dow Chemical Company, where she started in sales, first at the local level, then with European clients. She also directed the commercial and technical management of one of Dow's distribution networks. She moved up through the ranks at Dow and ended up as Marketing Communications Manager, Europe, Performance Products Division.

Education

Florence studied business at École Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées and received her M.B.A. from the Sorbonne University in Paris. She is fluent in English, French  and German.
