Flavio Zollo

Flavio Zollo works with clients to identify innovative leaders for their organisations. Based in Milan, Flavio focuses on assignments in insurance and consumer finance as well as on operations and technology roles in the financial services sector.

Previous Experience

Flavio has more than 10 years of search experience. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he was a Client Partner at a leading executive search firm. Prior to his search career, Flavio set up a small boutique consultancy firm, specialising in the provision of business intelligence and media relations support for large Italian corporations. He then merged his firm with his largest Italian competitor, taking on the role of head of operations and client management before becoming Partner and Chief Operations Officer of the media monitoring business unit. Earlier, he spent a short period of time as a fellow in sociology at Bocconi University.

Education

Flavio received his B.A. in economics from Bocconi University, Milan. He speaks English and some French in addition to his native Italian.
