Fabrice leads the firm's Chemical and Process Industries practice in Europe. He also is an active member of the Supply Chain practice. Based in Brussels, he serves both national and international clients.

Fabrice's recent search experience has encompassed senior assignments in general management, sales & marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, strategic planning, corporate development and procurement across Europe.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Fabrice spent two and half years at Royal DSM N.V., first as Business Director, Bio-Performance Materials and then as Chief Operating Officer for DSM TCG N.V., a start-up company that develops and markets e-communicative packaging solutions.

Previously, he was the Director, Business Development and Strategy, EMEA for Honeywell Specialty Materials where he led strategic planning and M&A projects for the region as well as commercial developments in the CIS, Turkey and the Middle East. Fabrice began his career with Dow Corning Corporation where he spent over 12 years, between Belgium and the US, in various managerial positions across Research & Development, Finance, Marketing, Business Development and lastly as Global Product Line and Technology Director, Specialty Chemicals.

Education

Fabrice received his M.Sc. in chemical engineering from the University of Liège, Belgium and his M.B.A. in finance and strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management, California. He is fluent in French, English and Dutch.
