Fabiana Bezerra

Fabiana Bezerra conducts assignments for consumer, consumer financial services, insurance and healthcare clients across Brazil. Based in São Paulo, she also conducts CEO and human resources assignments.

Previous Experience

Fabiana has more than 15 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she worked for Unilever's food business and focused on management planning and development of the marketing team.

Education

Fabiana received her B.A. degree in psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) in São Paulo, and her graduate degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She is fluent in English, having lived and studied in the United States for eight years.
