Eric Rehmann

Eric leads the firm's Financial Officers Practice in the Americas and specializes in leading senior financial officer searches for Fortune 1000 corporations, private equity portfolio companies and high-visibility, pre-public companies.  The majority of his work over the last ten years has been recruiting CFOs,  although he has led many Division CFO, Controller, Treasurer, FP&A and corporate development assignments.  Eric also is involved at the board level, recruiting financial experts to boards of directors.

Recent Client Experience

Over the last several years, Eric has successfully completed Fortune 500 CFO searches in software, hardware, healthcare, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, and consumer products.  His work with portfolio and pre-public companies includes some of the fastest-growing and best recognized companies.  Eric also specializes in providing counsel to boards as they prepare their organizations for CFO succession, which often includes assessment of internal candidates.  His work includes North America, Europe and Asia. 

Previous Experience

Eric returned to Russell Reynolds Associates after leading the North American Financial Officers Practice of another global search firm.  Prior to his search career, Eric managed the Corporate Executive Board's Working Council for Chief Financial Officers in the U.S. and Europe for two and a half years.  Before that, he founded and ran the first U.S. company licensed in Vietnam while residing in Hanoi. From 1991 through 1997, he led the market entry efforts of some of the largest U.S. companies including Chrysler, Hughes Electronics, Amway and Hughes Network Systems.

Education

Eric received his B.A. in political science from Syracuse University.
