Elizabeth Boardman

Liz Boardman works with clients across the health care and nonprofit industries to identify top leadership talent and develop effective executive teams. She specializes in executive searches for consumer healthcare and life sciences companies, and has notable experience working with nonprofits and academic institutions focused on human services, education, and the intersection of health care and sports. She is based in Washington, D.C.

Recent Client Experience

Liz’s recent work includes searches for the President /COO of one of the top biotechnology companies in the country; the CEO of a major health care foundation; and the Chief Development Officer of one of the nation’s leading nonprofits.

Previous Experience

Liz joined Russell Reynolds after serving as a business development and client relations director for the Advisory Board Company. At the Advisory Board, Liz was responsible for consulting with top health care providers and advising CEOs on strategic priorities such as enhancing revenue and improving care quality. Liz began her career as a teaching fellow with the Coalition of Essential Schools, funded by the Gates Foundation and in conjunction with Harvard University.

Education

Liz received her B.A. from Georgetown University and her M.A. from Harvard University, where she was the recipient of the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Leadership in Education Award and Merit Scholarship.
