Dorothea Guilland

Dorothea Guilland is a member of the firm's Financial Services sector and is based in Singapore.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dorothea was a Director with HSBC. During her investment banking career, she specialized in cross-border M&A and capital raising transactions with a focus on the consumer, retail, healthcare and media sectors across Asia and EMEA. Prior to banking, she was an Associate with A.T. Kearney in London, where she focused on strategic sourcing, supply chain and change management initiatives. Dorothea began her career with Danone Group in Paris as a Financial Controller.

Education

Dorothea received her M.Sc. in international business and finance from Helsinki School of Economics and her Executive M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Business School. She speaks fluently Finnish, French and English.
