Dee Symons

Dee Symons leads the firm's Financial Services Sector in Europe.  She is also Head of the firm's Global Banking and Markets Practice in Europe.  Based in London, she conducts senior executive and board searches for financial institutions across the financial institutions spectrum.

Previous Experience

Dee has 14 years of executive recruiting. Prior to her career in executive search, Dee ran her own firm, which acted as consultant to and representative of the World Economic Forum, The Economist magazine and other well-known organizations in Europe and Latin America. Her early career was with Euromoney Magazine.

Education

Dee received her M.A. from Edinburgh University, graduating first in her class. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has a good knowledge of Italian, French and German.
