Deborah Op den Kamp works with leading organizations across the Consumer sector. She is based in San Francisco.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Deborah spent nine years with J. Walter Thompson (JWT), most recently as Global Business Director in London working with Nokia and HSBC. For Nokia, she created the annual business plan, set strategic objectives and managed the global network of more than 300 people. She also led the local marketing programs for Nokia's phone portfolio, services and online app store-using experimental, digital, retail, direct and mobile marketing to drive sales. With HSBC, Deborah developed a new brand strategy for the private bank arm of HSBC. Prior to this, she was a Global Pitch Leader at JWT, leading a team of 45 to become Nokia's network agency-responsible for setting the business vision and defining key quarterly and yearly strategic priorities. Earlier with JWT, she was the Worldwide Account Director developing global brand strategy for De Beers.
Education
Deborah received her B.A. in American studies from Cornell University and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
