David Schajer

David Schajer works with leading organizations across the Industrial/Natural Resources and Nonprofit sectors. In addition, he has a particular focus on CFO roles. He is based in Paris.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, David spent the past five years with Thales Group, a world leader in mission-critical information systems for the aerospace, defense and security markets. Here, he most recently served as Vice President of Integrated Defense Solutions. Previously at Thales, he worked in the Corporate Strategy Directorate, dealing with strategic planning, Shareholder relations, M&A and transverse projects. Prior to this, David worked for the Prime Minister's Office as an Advisor on budget and fiscal policy. David has also been the deputy CFO of the Hopitaux de Paris, a Regional Health Service. He started his career as a civil servant at the Budget Directorate of the French Ministry of Finance.

Education

David received his Masters in political science from Sciences Po Paris and attended graduate school at École Nationale d'Administration.
