Cyril Faure

Cyril Faure serves clients within the industrial, energy and basic material sectors across Europe. He specializes in general management roles for these sectors and more generally in positions related to R&D, supply chain management and operations.

Recent Client Experience

Cyril's recent assignments include the recruitment of General Managers for metal treatment and power transmission companies, a COO for a leading energy management company, a VP Supply Chain and Customer Care for a global leader in cosmetics, several VPs in R&D and Innovation roles in automotive, energy and food industries, and several finance and operational positions in B2B services.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Cyril spent six years at McKinsey & Company, most recently as an Associate Principal. As one of the leaders of the European Supply Chain practice, Cyril worked with industrial clients on operational and organizational issues. Prior to his consulting career, Cyril gained solid operational experience in various supply chain management roles at Renault and Sagem (now Safran).

Education

Cyril received his M.Sc. in applied mathematics and economy from the École Polytechnique and his Master's in business management, finance and economics from IFP School. He is fluent in English and French.
