Cyril Chong

Cyril Chong conducts a broad range of senior search and assessment assignments for consumer goods and services, retail, leisure and hospitality and various private equity-backed organisations. He co-leads the Consumer Sector in Asia/Pacific and also leads the Retail, and Leisure and Hospitality Practices in the region.

Previous Experience

Cyril has nearly a decade of executive search experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Cyril spent 13 years with PepsiCo in a variety of assignments spanning sales, supply chain and general management in the U.S., Thailand, and China. Most recently as the Director of Sales, Asia Pacific for PepsiCo International he was responsible for sales and distribution systems and market strategy for the region. Before that, he served as General Manager of a joint venture with Starbucks, and in other senior operations roles at PepsiCo.

Education

Cyril holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
