Robert P. Bauman is the former Chairman of BTR plc; BTR merged with Sieve in 1999 to form Invensys.
Previous Experience
Robert retired in 1998 as Non-Executive Chairman of British Aerospace plc, a position he held since 1994. Previously, he served as Chief Executive of Smith Kline Beecham plc. Prior to that, Robert had a long career with General Foods Corporation. Before that, he was the Director and Vice-Chairman of AVCO. Earlier, Robert served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AVCO Corporation.

Kevin K. Carton
Kevin Carton is a retired Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he led their $600 million Global Entertainment & Media practice.
Previous Experience
During his 38 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and 27 years as a partner, Kevin worked with most of the big names in the entertainment and media world, including: Blockbuster, CBS, Columbia Pictures, Disney, MTVN, Paramount Pictures, Showtime, Sony, Time Warner and Viacom, to name a few.
He was involved with many of the major mergers and acquisitions in the industry, including Viacorn's acquisitions of Blockbuster, Paramount Pictures and CBS; Disney's acquisition of ABC; NBC's acquisition of Universal; Coca-Cola's acquisition of Columbia Pictures; and Young & Rubicam's acquisitions as well as its IPQ.
He also hosted "Entertainment & Media Summits" around the globe with executives from all over the world to discuss the challenges and opportunities of this dynamic market. Kevin also has extensive experience in consulting on post-merger integration of companies acquired, issues of corporate governance as well as risk management.

Kevin has sat on the Boards of EM I Group in London (acquired by a private equity firm in 8/07) and BrainShield Technologies. He was the Chairman of the Audit Committee at both EMI and Russell Reynolds Associates and a member of the Remuneration Committee at EMI. He also sits on the Board of Advisors of Good Shepherd Services, a non-profit organization in New York City.

Eric Daniels
Eric Daniels is the Non-Executive Director of BT Group where he is a member of the remuneration and nominating committees.
Previous Experience
Eric had a 25-year career with Citibank/Citigroup. Early in his career he held various roles in Panama, Argentina and Chile before moving to London for three years as Division Executive, Private Bank (Europe, Middle East and Africa). From there he moved to New York before moving on to San Francisco as President Citibank FSB. After four years he returned to Europe as Regional Head Citibank Consumer Bank Europe based in Brussels before taking over as the Chief Operating Officer, Citibank Consumer Bank in New York. The final two years of his career with Citigroup were spent as Chairman and CEO of Travellers Life and Annuity. In 2001, Eric was appointed Group Executive Director, UK Retail Banking and Board Member of Lloyds TSB before becoming Group CEO of Lloyds TSB in 2003. Following the acquisition of HBOS in 2009, he became Group CEO of the Lloyds Banking Group. As the former Group CEO of the Lloyds Banking Group, Eric brings considerable business leadership and management experience to the board.

Judith Richards Hope
Judith Richards Hope is a Distinguished Visitor from Practice and Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center. She is also the President and CEO of Hope & Co. and President of RiboPharm Inc.

Judith was previously a Partner and Senior Advisor at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP. Before that, she was General Counsel to the District of Columbia Bar. Earlier, she was an associate with Williams and Connolly LLP. She has worked in a variety of academic roles with the University of Richmond, Harvard Law School and Pepperdine University, School of Law. Additionally, Judith was an Associate Director at the U.S. Executive Office of the President under President Ford and Vice Chairman of the President's Commission on Organized Crime under President Reagan.

Judith serves on the Boards of Altius Associates Ltd., General Mills Inc. and Union Pacific Corp. She is Chair Emerita of the National Housing Partnership Foundation, the largest non-profit owner of affordable housing in the United States. Neville Isdell
Neville Isdell is the former Chairman and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company.
Previous Experience
Born in Northern Ireland and raised in Africa, Neville began his career with The Coca-Cola Company in 1966 in Zambia. He then held various roles within the organisation in Johannesburg, Australia and the Philippines before moving to Germany as president of the company’s Central European Division in 1985. In 1989, he was elected senior vice president of the company and appointed president of the Northeast Europe/Africa Group and led the company’s entry into new markets in India, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and the former Soviet Union. Six years later, he was named president of the Greater Europe Group. From 1998 to 2000, he served as chairman and CEO of Coca-Cola Beverages plc in Great Britain where he oversaw the company’s merger with Hellenic Bottling. He retired as vice chairman of the merged entity, Coca-Cola HBC, in December 2001. He acted as an international consultant to The Coca-Cola Company for two years, before coming out of
retirement in 2004 to lead The Coca-Cola Company as chairman and CEO until 2008. During his time with The Coca-Cola Company, Neville led the way in embedding sustainability throughout every facet of the organization and helping ensure its role as a community-connected twenty-first century enterprise.

Neville serves on the boards of a number of NGOs, including CSIS and the World Wildlife Fund, and chairs the Investment Climate Facility. He is a member of the board of directors of General Motors, and sits on the global leadership panel of the UN special representative for business and human rights. He is a recipient of the Clinton Global Citizen Award, which recognises individuals who have demonstrated visionary leadership in solving pressing global challenges.

He received his bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Cape Town and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. He is the recipient of four honorary degrees.
Claude L. Janssen

Claude began his career in 1955 with Worms et Cie, the Paris-based investment bank with holdings in banking, shipping, insurance, real estate and other various corporate interests.

Claude is the Honorary Chairman of the INSEAD International Council and former Chairman of the Board of INSEAD, which he helped found. Claude and three other business leaders in Paris founded the Friends of the Paris Opera Association for the purpose of raising funds for productions.

Todd was Chair of the Committee on Corporate Governance of the ABA's Business Law Section from 1991 to 1995 and continues as a member. He has been extensively involved in the activities of the Section's Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities and is a member of its Advisory Committee. He formerly chaired its Task Force on Listing Standards of Self-Regulatory Organizations, its Subcommittee on Private Investment Entities, its Special Study on Market Structure, Listing Standards and Corporate Governance and its Subcommittee on Proxy Solicitations and Tender Offers. The Rt. Hon. The Lord Patten of Barnes, CH
Christopher Francis Patten is Chancellor of Newcastle University and Chancellor of the University of Oxford.
Previous Experience
He joined the Conservative Research Department in 1966. He was seconded to the Cabinet Office in 1970 and was personal assistant and political secretary to Lord Carrington and Lord Whitelaw when they were Chairmen of the Conservative Party from 1972-1974. In 1974 he was appointed the youngest ever Director of the Conservative Research Department, a post which he held until 1979.
Lord Patten was elected as Member of Parliament for Bath in May 1979, a seat he held until April 1992. In 1983 he wrote The Tory Case, a study of Conservatism.
Following the General Election of June 1983, Lord Patten was appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Northern Ireland Office and in September 1985 Minister of State at the Department of Education and Science. In September 1986 he became Minister for Overseas Development at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. He was appointed to the Privy Council in 1989 and was appointed a Companion of Honour in 1998. In July 1989 he became Secretary of State for the Environment. In November 1990 he was appointed Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Chairman of the Conservative Party.
Lord Patten was appointed Governor of Hong Kong in April 1992, a position he held until 1997, overseeing the return of Hong Kong to China. He was Chairman of the Independent Commission on Policing for Northern Ireland set up under the Good Friday Peace Agreement, which reported in 1999.
From 1999 to 2004 he was European Commissioner for External Relations, and in January 2005 he took his seat in the House of Lords. In 2006 he was appointed Co-Chair of the UK-India Round Table.

Rae conducts board-level searches internationally for leading companies across a wide range of industries and on behalf of private equity/venture capital firms.
Recent Client Experience
Recent assignments include high profile Board searches for a major high street retailer, a leading application software and services provider and a diversified communications and media company. Rae also focuses on the recruitment of senior management for companies leveraging new technology in consumer and retail markets and in media and entertainment. Her clients include some of the foremost providers of internet search engines, online retailing, home entertainment subscription services, mobile network services (both terrestrial and satellite) and mobile handsets and converged devices.
Previous Experience
Rae joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1987 where she built and led the Technology Sector into one of the firm’s key business drivers. She has served on the firm’s Operating and Executive Committees, and until recently led all of the firm’s industry verticals, which was a concept she developed.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Rae was with Pacific Telesis as Vice President, Consumer Markets. In this role, she was responsible for a staff of 13,000 handling more than one billion customer transactions annually through call centres and retail outlets.

Horst Teltschik
Horst Teltschik is the retired Vice President International Relations/President Boeing Germany. He is also a lecturer on the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at Technische Universitat Munchen.

In 1970, Horst began his career in government service. He has served in positions of progressive responsibility, including Deputy Chief of Staff of the Federal Chancellery, Ministerial Director at Germany's Federal Chancellery, and Head of the Directorate General for Foreign and Intra-German Relations, Development Policy and External Security (National Security Advisor to Chancellor Helmut Kohl).

Prior to joining The Club, Lawrence was with the Ford Motor Company for 30 years in the United States and Asia-Pacific. At Ford, he worked in management positions in research, engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and corporate planning. In 1993, Lawrence became President and CEO of Taiwan's Ford Lio Ho Motor Company. Under his leadership, Ford became Taiwan's number one car manufacturer and distributor for the first time in history.

Matthew Wright
Matthew Wright is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Russell Reynolds Associates and serves on the Board of Directors. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, he led the firm’s activities in Asia/Pacific and Europe. He is based in London.
Previous Experience
Matthew has nearly 25 years of executive search experience, focusing on investment banking and board appointments. He joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1993, becoming the firm’s Financial Services Sector Leader for Europe in 1994 and then Co-Global Financial Services Sector Leader a year later. In 1998, he assumed leadership of the firm’s activities in Europe and took on additional responsibility for Asia in 2004.
