Viveka Wiberg

Viveka Wiberg specializes in executive management and board level assignments for clients across the Consumer and Healthcare sectors. She understands the unique challenges consumer and healthcare companies are facing today and recognizes the qualities needed to lead a thriving business in the digital age. In her search work, Viveka guides private equity clients and their portfolio companies as well as publicly listed and family-owned companies. She frequently leads CEO and Board assignments.

Based in our Stockholm office, she co-leads the firm’s Swedish Women in Leadership initiative, an effort to recruit more women into the upper levels of business, whether it be the boardrooms or executive roles, and create a pipeline of talents to fill future roles. Viveka brings a wealth of experience to her role at Russell Reynolds Associates. She previously spent 10 years with Scania, reporting directly to the executive board and playing a pivotal role in developing the company’s global purchasing function. Earlier in her career, she worked with Nordic blue-chip and private equity companies as a senior consultant with Bain & Company.
