Tsutomu (Tom) Mito advises clients on how to strengthen their leadership pipeline and team performance through executive assessment, executive development, succession planning and organizational development. Based in Tokyo, Tom is a core member of the Leadership & Succession Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Tom brings a wealth of experience to his clients, previously overseeing talent management, succession planning and leadership coaching at Fidelity International, where he was the Senior HR Business Partner for the Japan Business. Earlier in his career, Tom worked for BlackRock, where he led post-merger integration, talent management and organizational development as a vice president and talent manager. He began his career as a medical representative and talent management specialist at MSD, formerly Banyu Pharmaceutical.
