Thomas Barlebo


Thomas Barlebo conducts top-level searches and assessments for Danish and international clients across industries, with an emphasis on industrial clients. He is a member of the firm's Transport and Logistics Practice and also specializes in financial officer assignments. He has experience from Danish led and broader international searches across corporate functions such as CFOs, sales and marketing, supply chain, HR, and CEO searches.

Recent Client Experience


Thomas has recently completed senior executive assignments including CFO searches for an international shipping company as well as a Supply Chain Director for a major Danish retailer. He has also been involved in various searches for senior executives within the industrial sector, including international board searches.

Previous Experience


Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Thomas was the Co-Founder and Managing Director of a management consulting company that specializes in advising CFOs, driving business development and developing operational strategy. Previously, he spent eight years with A.P. Moller-Maersk, where he served in various finance management roles in Copenhagen, London, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur. Thomas has also worked as a Management Consultant with a leading Danish consultancy.

Education


Thomas received his M.Sc. in Economics and Management from Aarhus University. He is fluent in Danish and English and is conversational in German, Italian and the Scandinavian languages.
