Rebecca Glasman is a key member of the firm's Financial Services Sector and co-heads the Diversity and Inclusion Practice. She serves clients across global banking and markets, private equity, alternative asset management and private wealth management. Rebecca has close to twenty years of executive search experience, during which she has leveraged her industry and analytical expertise to conduct senior-level searches for a wide range of leadership, strategic and functional roles. She is based in New York.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Rebecca held roles of increasing responsibility within the search industry, focused on financial services. She began her career in finance at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown.
Rebecca received a BA in philosophy from Princeton University and a PhD in philosophy from Columbia University, where she also served as a Faculty Fellow. Rebecca serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for Jewish Life at Princeton University and is a member of the Women’s Initiatives Council at Columbia University.
