Nicola Gavazzi works closely with public and private companies on CEO searches, C-suite succession planning and board advisory. Based in Milan, Nicola is a senior member of the Energy, Industrial and Natural Resources and Technology Sectors. He leverages his deep expertise to help clients find innovative board members and assess leadership performance. Nicola joined Russell Reynolds Associates after nearly 30 years with another international executive search firm, where he served as managing director. In that role, he led the firm’s Milan and Rome offices and conducted searches across the technology, communications and financial sectors.
Previously, he was a business controller for Gruppo Industriale Ercole Marelli after beginning his career as a project engineer at Foster Wheeler Italiana, then worked at Techint, in project management, M&A and business development.
