Marcio Gadaleta has established himself as a trusted client advisor, working with multinational and regional companies to recruit top talent. Based in São Paulo, Marcio leverages more than 20 years of technology and consultancy experience and a deep academic background to understand client needs. Throughout his career, Marcio has helped to digitally transform large companies and to find dynamic executive leadership.

Marcio joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Oracle, where he served as business development director for big data & analytics. There, he oversaw sales development of business analytics products in Brazil.  Before Oracle, Marcio worked for data analytics leader SAS in numerous roles, including commercial strategic and segment management. He has also worked with Norwich, IBM and Glaxo Wellcome.

Marcio holds a BSc in telecom engineering from the Instituto Militar de Engenharia and a post-graduate degree in engineering economics and industrial organization from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. He also gained an executive MBA in marketing and an MA in enterprise management from the Fundação Getulio Vargas. He speaks English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
Marcio is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMI) and Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ).
