Jürgen Vanselow

Based in Frankfurt, Jürgen works with major corporate and retail banks and financial institutions to recruit senior executives, investment professionals and CFOs. He helps provide them with tailored solutions to their most critical leadership challenges. Some of his key clients include all LBO segments, fund-of-funds, hedge funds, venture capital firms and family offices. Jürgen also has extensive experience dealing with special and sensitive situations.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jürgen spent more than 20 years with another leading search firm as a Senior Partner and member of its Financial Services and Private Equity practices. Before his career in executive search, Jürgen served as a Vice President at Deutsche Handelsbank AG. He also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate in their Corporate Finance practice.
