James Spearpoint advises clients within our Leadership & Succession Sector. He is based in London.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, James spent six years with a boutique search firm as a Consultant. There, he advised client organizations on their talent agendas, including succession, selection, development and organizational design, as well as individual and board assessment, resulting in recommendations for executive appointments. He also provided executive coaching and team development initiatives. Prior to this, James was with Human Factors International, most recently as the Director of Sales. There, he managed target-driven commercial activity of consultants and sales staff. He has also worked with QinetiQ as a Consultant and began his career at Santander in their Retail-Bank.
James received his B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Kent, Canterbury and his M.Sc. in Occupational Psychology from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
