Harry Lin

Harry Lin conducts searches for technology executives across multiple sectors. Based jointly in Beijing and Hong Kong, Harry has more than 15 years of experience working in technology, telecoms and financial technology in China and the United States. He has led searches for numerous technology leadership positions, including CTOs, CIOs and Chief Data and Analytics officers, among others. Harry has established himself as a valued voice to clients, leveraging an entrepreneurial mindset and deep industry expertise across digital transformation.

Harry joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Equanum Capital Management, a US-based TMT-focused hedge fund, where he focused on Greater China technology investments. Before that, Harry was with Thomson Reuters in China, where he worked closely with technology leaders as principal TMT analyst and head of expert networks. Harry spent nine years in wireless communications equipment and handset delivery, including time with Motorola. Harry started his career at Nortel in the company’s R&D division.
