Harm Van Esch
Harm van Esch leads the firm’s European Board Services Practice. He focuses on board advisory services at multinational companies across Europe. Harm is also active in executive assignments in the consumer and industry markets. He is based in Amsterdam.
Harm has more than 20 years of board and executive search consulting experience. Before joining the firm, he served as a board member at Berenschot, a management consulting firm in the Netherlands. Prior to that, Harm’s roles included Sales Director, Europe at Fokker Aircraft and Corporate Sales and Marketing Director for Nedlloyd Road Cargo, one of the leading transport and logistics companies in Europe. Earlier, he had global responsibility for leasing offshore drilling platforms to oil companies. Harm began his career as a management trainee for the Royal Nedlloyd Group.

Harm is vice chairman of the Amsterdam Concert Hall Fund (Het Concertgebouw Fonds).
Harm received his M.A. in corporate law from the University of Leiden. He is fluent in Dutch and English and has a working knowledge of German.
