Emily O’Shea

Emily O'Shea specializes in chair, CEO and non-executive director appointments across a range of industries with a particular focus on healthcare, life sciences and organizations underpinned by innovation and R&D.

Based in London, Emily is passionate about working closely with clients to understand their specific business culture and needs. Most recently, her focus has been on listed company and pre-IPO board appointments.

Emily brings more than 15 years of executive search experience to her role. She previously worked at The Zygos Partnership and joined Russell Reynolds Associates when the firms merged in 2017. At Zygos, Emily worked across a wide spectrum of executive and non-executive searches both in the UK and internationally. She started her career as a press officer for Quadrille Publishing.
