Based in Atlanta, Elizabeth is a member of the firm's Leadership & Succession Sector. She designs and leads assessment projects that help clients make informed decisions around executive hiring, leadership development, succession planning and merger/ acquisition integration. Elizabeth is also involved in various organizational culture diagnosis projects and the examination of candidates' cultural fit to an organization.
Recent Client Experience
Elizabeth has considerable experience assessing senior executives for both selection and developmental purposes. Most recently, she helped the CEO of a newly formed organization assess candidates for key leadership roles in order to create a team that supports their strategic goals and fits the desired organizational culture. She has also partnered with colleagues in the Healthcare Sector to develop high potential healthcare talent for future CEO and senior-level roles as a part of an annual leadership college.
Elizabeth was a key contributor to many of the firm's research papers, including Making It to the Top: Nine Attributes That Differentiate CEOs and Becoming the Calm Risk Taker: Attributes for Success in Today's New Legal Environment. Elizabeth has also presented her research on leadership development, the measurement of personality, and work-life balance at several professional conferences, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Elizabeth received her B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University, and her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
