Diana Horn is a member of the firm's Leadership & Succession practice. She is a business psychologist who advises leaders on strategic organizational topics such as culture, diversity & inclusion, leadership assessment, development and succession. She helps companies find and grow talent and organizations that are nimble, flexible and forward-looking. She is based in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining the firm, Diana worked with engagement assessment and development at YP.com in Los Angeles. Prior to that, she was a recruiter at Bazaarvoice, a publicly listed multinational SAAS company in London. Earlier, she worked as a business development leader and project manager of experiential marketing at Gant in Stockholm and Ralph Lauren in New York.
Diana holds B.A. degrees in architectural studies and international relations from Brown University, a postgraduate diploma in psychology from London Metropolitan University and an MSc in occupational psychology from Birkbeck College. She is a member of Rottneros Park's board, a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, a graduate member of the Division of Occupational Psychology and a member of the Society for Business and Occupational Psychologists.
