Daniel Sjöström

Daniel Sjöström is a core member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Technology and Digital Transformation practices, where he works with digital leaders across a range of industries.

Based in Stockholm, he recruits transformational technology leaders within product, engineering, data, analytics, and cybersecurity across industries. He also finds CEOs, board members and senior executives for technology and digital clients. Recent work has included searches for a CDO at a major Nordic industrial company, multiple senior technology officers for a global retailer, CEOs for several digital consumer companies, a CEO for a global listed software company, a Group Security Officer and CISO for one of the world’s largest technology companies, as well as engineering and digital product leadership roles at companies ranging from venture capital-backed digital scale-ups to global conglomerates.

Daniel returned to RRA after working in the executive management team at Qliro Group, a leading Nordic e-commerce company. In his role as Head of People, Daniel focused on leadership acquisition, development, retention, succession planning, and employer branding. He also worked with the board on future leadership and talent needs. Prior to Qliro, Daniel began his career at RRA in Stockholm.
