Arianna Dessi is a member of the firm’s Consumer Sector and the Human Resources Practice. She advises consumer and retail clients primarily in the fashion and luxury industries. She works with a broad range of publicly listed, private equity-backed corporations and family businesses. Arianna recruits CEOs, general managers and functional executives who have experience in marketing, communications, branding, digital, operations and strategy. Arianna is based in Paris.
Prior to joining the firm, Arianna founded INEDITA, an innovation consultancy. She worked with well-known brands like Giorgio Armani, Colgate Palmolive, L’Oréal, and Jimmy Choo for five years and advised them on innovation strategy, brand identity and trend analysis. Prior to that, she served as Talent Director for L'Oréal's Luxe Division in Paris. Arianna began her career as a marketing manager for Lancôme before she was appointed to Head of Innovation for the luxury skincare brands. Arianna has also lectured at London College of Communication on marketing and innovation strategy topics.
Arianna holds a B.A. in classical studies from the University of Naples Federico II, an M.A. in marketing and communications from the University of Pisa and an M.A. in Ancient Greek philology from the Paris-Sorbonne University. She is fluent in Italian, French and English.
