Christophe Tellier

Based in Paris and London, Christophe Tellier focuses on senior executive search and assessment projects, as well as cultural assessment, advising both private and publicly listed companies.  He has particular knowledge of the industrial equipment and mass retailing sectors, working with clients in Europe, North America and Asia. Christophe is also involved in board advisory work for key international clients. In addition to his client work, Christophe leads and co-ordinates the global sector focus and client relationship management programs within the firm.

Recent Client Experience

Christophe's recent assignments include the recruitment of a CEO for a major European retailer, the Chief Supply Chain Officer for a leading  global retailer, the COO of a major electrical equipment and power generation OEM, the Chief Procurement Officer of a power generation OEM as well as the Chief Designer for a global automotive OEM. He has also conducted multiple executive assessments of the top talent within portfolio companies for a global Private Equity firm.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1996, Christophe worked at Toys "R" Us as Director of Human Resources in France and as Operations Manager for France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Earlier, he was active in human resources and sales functions with Rank Xerox, then in the management of Human Resources in France and Europe with Tenneco's J.I. Case unit, a manufacturer of farm and construction equipment.

Education

Christophe received his degree in psychology from École des Psychologues Praticiens of Paris, France.
