Charley Geoly

Charley Geoly is an active member of the firm's Technology Sector as well as the CEO/Board Services Practice. Based in Palo Alto, Charley's primary focus is helping medium to large public technology companies find new leaders, including CEOs, presidents and COOs. Charley also manages several global relationships for the firm.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1994, Charley was a consultant to a variety of technology and manufacturing companies in the areas of corporate strategy development and business process reengineering. Previously, he was with E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, Inc., in the Imaging Systems Group for nine years in various sales, marketing and business development roles. Earlier, Charley joined National Tank Company as Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, where he worked closely with the newly hired executive to help turn the company around.

Education

Charley received his B.S. in chemistry from the University of Delaware and his M.B.A. from the Jones Graduate School at Rice University.
