Casey Houghton

Based in Dallas, Casey works with clients across the chemicals and process industries and building materials space to address their leadership issues.  He specializes in general management and functional leadership assignments for industrial and natural resources organizations.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Casey worked for A.T. Kearney, a leading management consultancy, as a Business Analyst and later, as an Associate.  He worked primarily in operations and supply chain across various industries, including chemicals, energy, automotive, industrial goods, IT services, and telecom.  Before that, Casey completed several engineering assignments in Raytheon's Cooperative Education Program.

Education

Casey received his B.S. in mechanical engineering with a specialization in engineering management and entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University.
