Caroline helps clients achieve a distinctive competitive advantage through optimizing their organizational capability. She leads the firm’s Corporate Officers practice in Asia, and personally specializes in the functional areas of CFO and CHRO. She was previously based in London where she led the Financial Officers Practice across all sectors. She has served more than 100 listed and private organizations in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia at pivotal moments in their evolution, such as IPO. Caroline's projects are usually global in nature, and she has built strong inter-regional networks to deliver the best talent and advice to her clients.

Caroline also leads Russell Reynolds Associates' support for improved leadership diversity in Hong Kong. She is a founding signatory of the Hong Kong 30% Club's voluntary Code of Conduct which was launched in March 2013 and is an active participant in the Women's Foundation.

Recent Client Experience

Recent projects include: guiding a FTSE company through the appointment of their first Asian diversity Non-Executive Director; assisting the CFO of a Fortune 100 company review next generation talent and create an international succession plan; supporting the IPO of a European luxury goods company in Asia; on-boarding and coaching advice; supporting numerous clients to identify and appoint Group CFOs and CHROs, and other executives.

Previous Experience

Caroline joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2004. She began her career with Datamonitor plc.

Education

Caroline received her M.A. in Japanese Studies from St. Catharine's College, Cambridge.
