Caroline Raggett

Caroline leads the firm's Corporate Officers Practice in Asia/Pacific.  She oversees assignments in specialist functional areas including CFOs, HR Directors, IT Directors, Supply Chain, Legal and Communications. Additionally, she has a specific interest in the luxury goods, retail, consumer products and industrial sectors. Based in Hong Kong, she works across the region for both Multi National Corporations and State Owned Enterprises, as well as privately owned organizations. She was previously based in London where she led the Financial Officers Practice across all sectors.

Recent Client Experience

Caroline has completed more than 130 assignments at Russell Reynolds Associates.  In addition to an in-depth knowledge of the Asian and European markets, Caroline has worked in a variety of emerging markets including Eastern Europe, India and Africa.  She has supported listed companies in three continents at Board level, as well as numerous privately held companies and IPOS.

Previous Experience

Caroline joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2004. She began her career with Datamonitor plc.

Education

Caroline received her M.A. in Japanese Studies from St. Catharine's College, Cambridge.
