Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sarah spent seven years at Bain & Co in London, where she focused on providing strategic consulting advice to a range of consumer, retail, industrial and technology companies. Prior to that, she was a Plant Manager for Helvar, where she was responsible for their U.K. lighting control operations, with a team of 90 staff in production, manufacturing engineering, purchasing and dispatch. Sarah began her career with Eurotherm (now part of Invensys).
Education
Sarah received her M.A. and M.Eng. in manufacturing engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge and her M.B.A. from INSEAD.
