Bevin Andrews works with leading organizations in the firm's Consumer sector with a focus on global retail, consumer products, and apparel, footwear and accessories. She is based in Boston.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Bevin spent over 15 years in the footwear and apparel industry with a focus on multichannel retail and vertical specialty. She has extensive cross functional experience with marketing and brand management, merchandising, sourcing, inventory planning, finance, sales, licensing, strategy and business development teams across a range of retailers including branded retail, vertical specialty, athletic, department stores, mass merchants and direct. Bevin most recently served as Vice President of New Business Ventures at Orchard Brands, a multichannel direct marketer with a portfolio of brands, where she was responsible for business development, strategic planning and loyalty programs. Previously, she led brand management and business development for a segment of the portfolio, where she drove marketing alignment across channels and spearheaded strategic planning and consumer insights. Earlier in her career, Bevin spent six years with Timberland in brand management, marketing and product roles, where she worked cross functionally to develop and implement global brand and category strategies. Bevin also worked in brand management with the snacks division of Kraft Foods and advised companies on long-term strategies for profitable growth with Corporate Decisions Inc. (CDI) and Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman) in Boston and Paris.

Education

Bevin received her B.A. in government from Dartmouth College and her M.B.A., high distinction, from Harvard Business School.
