Barbara Anderman

Barbara Anderman specializes in executive-level searches for academic, non-profit and for-profit hospitals and health systems and multi-specialty medical groups. Barbara also has expertise in the healthcare commercial specialty segment with a particular focus in recruiting CIOs, CMIOs and other healthcare technology executives.  She is also a member of the firm's Technology Sector and Diversity and Information Officers Practices. She is based in San Francisco.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds in 2004, Barbara worked for a leading global recruiting firm, specializing in healthcare services. She brings her clients an in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations working within both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Previously, Barbara was COO of a large, non-profit organization, a Vice President of Operations for a national for-profit post-acute health services company and a Director of Rehabilitation for a market-leading hospital.

Barbara also serves on several health care-related committees and boards.

Barbara received her B.A. from Long Island University and her master's degree from the University of Colorado.
