Asuka Takaoka works with leading organizations across the Technology and Healthcare sectors. Her area of expertise includes manufacturing, telecom, software, IT services, and business and professional services.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Asuka was a Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, developing and implementing the China entry strategy for a top precision equipment manufacturer. During her stay at McKinsey, she also spent time working in Germany. Prior to this, she was with Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. as a Senior International Marketing Officer, where she launched a new model which was sold in untested international markets.

Education

Asuka received her BA in International Politics from Tsuda College and her MBA from Hitotsubashi University.
