Antje is a senior member of the Global Financial Services sector specialising in asset management and alternatives. She works with global market leaders, specialist boutiques and endowments/pension funds, and has led assignments in the U.K. and across Europe, in particular in Switzerland, Germany and Scandinavia, as well as having worked extensively on cross-border and global mandates.

Recent Client Experience

In investment management, Antje has recently recruited Chief Investment Officers and other senior investors for leading asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds and endowments as well as focusing on specialist mandates in private and public debt, emerging markets, global macro, long/short and long-only equities, and real estate. In distribution, Antje's recent assignments have included the Global Heads of Distribution/Fundraising for a significant private equity/credit house and a €40 billion real estate business respectively; the build-out of the global fundraising team for a sub-investment grade credit manager; as well as specialist fundraising and marketing mandates in the U.K., Germany/Switzerland, the Nordics, Benelux and Middle East.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Antje was with another leading global executive search firm, where she served as the Associate Practice Leader for European Financial Services and worked with buy-side clients across the spectrum of asset management and alternatives. Antje's early career was within A.T. Kearney's financial services practice.

Education

Antje received her B.A. with first class honours from the University of Düsseldorf and her M.Sc. from the London School of Economics.
