Anne Wichels-Schnieber

Anne Wichels-Schnieber works with leading organizations across the Healthcare sector, including health-services, medical technology industries and pharmaceuticals. She is based in Hamburg.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Anne worked with McKinsey & Company's healthcare practice for five years. Most recently, she was the Head of McKinsey's Hospital Academy, an institution for clinical leadership development and management education. There, she developed and conducted leadership development programs, assessments and personal coaching for top hospital management and senior clinicians as well as for payer and government executives. As an Engagement Manager, she worked with leading hospital chains, academic medical centers, payers and government institutions across Europe on strategic, organizational and operational topics. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Resident Physician at Albertinen-Krankenhaus, Hamburg and at the Clinica Universidad Catolica, Santiago de Chile.

Education

Anne received her medical and doctoral degrees from the Charité Medical School Berlin and attended Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden for part of her medical studies. Anne speaks fluent English, German and Swedish.
