Andy MacRae

Andy MacRae works with leading organizations throughout the Industrial and Natural Resources sectors with a particular focus in energy. He is based in Calgary, Canada.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Andy spent the last seven years with IBM as a Partner, where he led the Energy Consulting practice across Canada. Prior to this, he held other senior consulting roles within IBM and PwC Consulting, where he focused on the energy sector including domestic and international consulting engagements in strategic planning, business optimization and post-merger integration with many global and domestic corporations in oil and gas, utilities and mining. In addition to consulting, Andy brings over 16 years of corporate experience at Petro-Canada (now Suncor Energy) one of Canada's largest integrated oil and gas companies.

Education

Andy received his B.Sc., honors, in economics from University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
